Each crowdfunding campaign or Listing on the Platform involves an ESG Client, the Trrue CSP and a third-party Nominee, where the overall process can be defined in a short series of steps as follows:
Client submits Listing details for consideration, following which it engages the CSP in a multi-party agreement with the Nominee.
Platform Users deposit fiat currency or crypto assets with which to invest in the Client Listing and acquire ETs.
Fiat currency or crypto assets are released to the Client once a minimum threshold has been raised for the Listing.
Shares in the Client entity are issued and registered in the name of the Nominee at the same time that ETs are issued to the Users.
The Nominee then maintains the true register of ownership (with onchain user balances) and shall vote in traditional corporate governance decisions as instructed by ET holders.
