3.1.3 – ET Management & Secondary Trading

Equity Tokens represent certain contract-based legal rights granted to the ET holder regarding the Client share capital held by the Nominee. Once a Listing has been completed successfully, the Investment Platform provides a suite of tools for ET management, including investor relations tools, digital cap table records and a voting facility for the administration of on-chain governance by the ET Nominee.

Registered Users will be able to trade ETs p2p (between each other) on an over-the-counter (OTC) Bulletin Board. The OTC Bulletin Board, which will be provided in accordance with the requirements of crowdfunding legislation, which provides for the p2p facility, known as a ‘Bulletin Board’, allows Users to generate individual posts to buy or sell ETs. The counterparty can then click on the post to open a private chat facility and finalise the details between themselves.
