3.2 – Trrue Govern Framework

The TRRUE Govern Framework is the back-end software and on-chain protocols being developed for the Investment Platform. The Framework will support a range of popular blockchain protocols, TRRUE Chain itself and further layer-0, Polkadot-based, infrastructure, where the Company is implementing Substrate modules for multi-chain operations and ESG reporting.

TRRUE is examining the feasibility of white-labelling the TRRUE Govern Framework, making it available to third party corporate users/operators wishing to utilise the software on their own behalf and under their own trading name. This commercial initiative will generate TRRUE revenue through licensing and service supply, as well as potentially accelerating growth of the wider Ecosystem, as more projects can build applications on TRRUE infrastructure.

Clients of the Investment Platform, can use the TRRUE Govern Framework to issue and manage Equity Tokens, with further modules being available for cap table management, dividend payments and on-chain governance.

Choosing to implement the TRRUE Govern Framework with TRRUE Chain will offer projects a number of further benefits such as reduced network fees, higher transaction speed and enhanced functionality, due to the tailored protocol. However, clients will also be able to implement TRRUE Govern modules on various public and enterprise blockchains, making use of the layer 0 Polkadot for multichain infrastructure and broader interoperability with other Web3 Solutions.
