Opening statement
This crypto-asset white paper has not been approved by any competent authority in any Member State of the European Union. The offeror of the crypto-asset is solely responsible for the content of this crypto-asset white paper.
The management body of TRRUE, acting as agent and representative for and on behalf of TRRUE Council, acting as token issuer and council, confirms that this crypto-asset white paper complies, subject to the following paragraph, with MiCAR Title II requirements. To the best of our knowledge, the information presented herein is fair, clear, and not misleading, with no material omissions that could affect its import.
It should be noted that, notwithstanding that this White Paper is issued prior to and the issuance of [TRRUE] contemplated herein (including any exchange listing thereof) shall occur prior to 30th December 2024 (see White Paper document control section below), TRRUE, acting as agent and representative for and of TRRUE Council, has taken the view that it is in the best interests of potential [TRRUE] subscribers to, in so far as possible, as of the date hereof, present the White Paper substantially in the form we believe white papers will appear in post 30th December 2034. This is a voluntary TRRUE initiative, and accordingly no responsibility and/or liability shall accrue to TRRUE and/or TRRUE Council due to, or in respect of, any deficiencies and/or failures in such regard.
At all times in compiling this White Paper TRRUE has sought to make the document as clear and comprehensible as possible, including that it be easily understandable and presented and laid out in a clear and comprehensive format, using characters of readable size.

TRRUE may amend or modify this White Paper at any time by posting the revised document to the above mentioned location and/or providing a copy to you. The revised White Paper shall be effective as of the time and date it is posted but will not apply retroactively. Your continued participation in the [TRRUE] project after the posting of a revised White Paper shall constitute your acceptance of such revised White Paper. If you do not agree with any such modification, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your use of [TRRUE] and close your relevant account.
