3.3.1 – Verified Credentials

More than simple DID issuance, the TRRUE SSI Agent will facilitate the issuance of various types of Verified Credentials (VCs) to the Users. The verified credential formatting will be tailored to ESG reporting requirements and data sets, while only verified Users will be authorised by the consortium Network to issue certain verified credentials e.g. licensed ESG ratings providers and auditing firms.

Verified credentials represent a contemporary and decentralised approach to disseminating verifiable data. These credentials are composed of one or more Verifiable Claims, encompassing data properties or zero-knowledge proofs. This innovative framework enhances the integrity and security of data verification processes, offering a robust solution in the modern digital landscape.

Platform permissions controlled via the TRRUE SSI Agent can empower investors to securely manage profiles and transactions via their User account. Applicants selectively share information only with the approved Validators and chosen verified credential Issuers, utilising cryptographically secure and distributed blockchain records that prevent unauthorised modifications.
