	Pete Townsend Business Advisor

Pete is Managing Director of Techstars Web3 Accelerator, as well as Non-Executive Director at Coinbase. Pete has 25+ years’ international experience in financial services at start-up & enterprise-level, with companies such as BNP Paribas, Fidelity Investments, Coinbase, and 25+ start-ups across Ireland, the UK, Continental Europe and the USA.

	Eldar Mezbur Governance & Partnerships

Eldar has 20+ years’ experience in international institutional investment, including as the International Head of Covered Bonds for Goldman Sachs and former Director at Barclays Capital. Eldar is a Crypto & Web3 Senior Advisor for XSpace, DAFFi Digital, Blockshake/ DeFly, TxnLab/NFDomains and NowCM.

	Tiana Whitehouse Regulatory Compliance

Tiana is a regulatory compliance expert and business adviser with extensive experience working with international financial services and technology companies. After qualifying as a lawyer in the United States, she worked as a litigator in large international maritime disputes. She then took a role in Risk Advisory consulting with KPMG, where she created anti-money laundering frameworks, fraud risk management programmes and project managed high-profile forensic investigations. Tiana then joined the Financial Markets Authority (FMA), where she supervised and monitored financial services providers as part of the Supervision Team and designed sustainable regulatory policy Solutions as part of the Policy Legal Team. At the FMA Tiana provided ongoing advice and governance support to the Board of Directors and was appointed as a Licensing Subject Matter Expert to the Financial Advice Legislative Reform project. As a consultant and Board advisor, Tiana works with international clients on regulatory business strategies, RegTech and FinTech product development, governance, licensing applications, anti-money laundering programmes, and all facets of risk and compliance. She is a Regional Ambassador for the Association for Women in Cryptocurrency and a contributing member to the International Impact FinTech (GIFT) think tank.

	Tobias Sperrin Blockchain Business Strategy

Previously a PQ patent attorney, Tobias is an experienced business advisor that has supported early-stage crypto asset projects since 2017. He founded Virtual Finance in 2018, which consolidates innovative blockchain technologies with regulatory constraints and corporate objectives to develop effective business strategies for clients across a range of industries. He is a specialist in tokenisation and blockchain technology, producing strategies and documentation with which with VF Clients have raised over $60 million since 2021.

	Alan Kavanagh Business Strategy & Marketing

Alan is an experienced ESG and technology focused business strategy and marketing advisor, with an educational background in finance, architecture, and computer science. Alan has 10+ years’ brand design & project management experience across the technology, entertainment, and construction sectors, together with more recent 2+ years Bus. Dev experience with Web3 projects in emerging markets.

	Deborah Hutton Fintech Regulation

Deborah is a recognised expert in FinTech regulation in Ireland and Europe. Having led Citi Banks EMEA Legal team, she moved to Eversheds Sutherland Ireland as Partner. Deborah now has her own Legal practice in Ireland, DH Law, specialising in FinTech and sustainability related legalities. Deborah has a passion for change and is the Ireland Country Chair of the Humanity, Technology and Innovation Wing of the G100.
