The initial sale of Trrue Coins will carried out across the Polkadot and Ethereum networks, allowing the Company to launch [TRRUE] on the Ethereum blockchain as well as bridging it to the layer 0, Substrate-based, multi-chain infrastructure of the Trrue Ecosystem.

The Trrue Coin ([TRRUE]) features a capped maximum supply of 300 million tokens. The governance and distribution of these tokens are meticulously structured to ensure transparency, fairness, and alignment with the Trrue Ecosystem’s strategic objectives.

Governance by TRCO Council: The TRCO Council, a governing body within the Trrue corporate group, is entrusted with the management and decision-making responsibilities regarding the release and distribution of [TRRUE] tokens. The Council’s decisions are informed by community feedback and are subject to voting procedures, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and community engagement. Over a span of 5 years, the TRCO Council will oversee the phased release of [TRRUE] tokens to the Trrue Ecosystem.

Long-Term Distribution Strategy: The tokens will be introduced into circulation with a strategic, long-term vision, extending over a period of at least 10 years. This approach is designed to align with the sustained growth and development of the Trrue Ecosystem, ensuring stability and fostering confidence among users and stakeholders.

Token Sale Structure: A total of 36 million [TRRUE] tokens, representing 12.0% of the maximum supply, are earmarked for sale through a structured Token Sale. This sale is divided into two distinct stages: Seed and Public Sale rounds. While the public sale offers 100% release on TGE, previous tokens sold at a Seed round will be locked & released into circulation over a 2-year period to mitigate market risk. Each stage is designed to align with different phases of the Trrue Ecosystem’s growth and to engage a diverse spectrum of participants and investors.

Clarification on ‘Organisation’ and ‘Release’: To provide clarity, the term ‘Organisation’ refers to the Trrue corporate group, under which the TRCO Council operates. The term ‘released’ pertains to the strategic issuance and distribution of [TRRUE] tokens by the TRCO Council, following the governance and distribution framework established by the Trrue corporate group.

The TRRUE Coin Token Sale plans to raise funds for further development of the Solutions and growth of the TRRUE Ecosystem.

These tokens will later be swapped with native TRRUE Coins once the TRRUE Chain protocol has been launched on the Consortium MainNet.
